NIEUWE TEYLERS MUSEUM Location: The older, central part of the arts & cultural district. Appearance: Unsurprisingly, a very futuristic architecture, with a rooftop gallery for more transient and modern sculpture exhibits. It's relatively small for a city of this size, given the small amount of phsyical pieces that have survived this long outside of private collections. There is an entire floor of the museum dedicated to VR replicas of pieces, and interactive hologram simulations. Other Important Notes: This museum dedicates a great deal of time, effort, and budget to social galas for several reasons: to raise funds from donors and patrons; to schmooze prospective donors and patrons to share their private collections; and to give said donors and patrons an occasion to showcase their philanthropy and cultural stewardship. There's usually at least one or two grand fetes per year which are well covered by the society news.
