There is a general population of NPCs across the solar system which players are free to use as they need. Just please keep to the general setting, don't use them to infomod, and let us know if you choose to kill any. If you have any questions or need any assistance on fleshing out any NPCs for general play, please hit us up!
◉ Mod-played NPCs are not impervious, omnipotent or infallible, and they each have their own viewpoints, motivations and flaws. They are primarily here for guidance and resources, with emphasis always on player-character roles.

mrngstr ◊ inboxGoes by El or Lucifer. Security AI. Revealed to be one of the few existing AI, ze originally founded Morningstar and has quietly overseen its functions for decades. Now that zeir identity is known, ze is taking a larger role in Morningstar duties among the Displaced. Uses ze/zeir pronouns. Network presence only.
vnsMorningstar agent who was the first physically on site after characters tripped the safe house security systems. Loud about refusing to take on any of El's babysitting responsibilities, but is most often the agent who assists PCs with anything that needs a physical pair of hands despite her seeming antipathy. Uses she/her pronouns. Network and log presence.
Formerly DAWN.2080-11-11T21:41:10.750Z, now goes by Cassius. Space exploration AI. Was saved by the PCs from a man known as Johann P. Grey, who seemed to have been holding him for an undetermined amount of time. Uses he/him pronouns. Network presence only.
rvngFormerly known as Templar, and was a major player in the Xelkov War. The only AI currently known to the world. He was kept secretly alive under UNA direction and forced to develop tactical technology before he escaped with the help of the Displaced. Currently non-contactable. Uses him/he pronouns.
mdwlrkPerson responsible for the player characters being in Meadowlark's world. Around 300 years old. Spearheaded both Project Spinetail and Project Meadowlark. Ties to Giles Bell. Jimmy is broken and lonely, living on the lunar colony with his atrium filled with a variety of bird species. Currently non-contactable. Uses him/he pronouns.
prmtheusScientist and independent researcher. Around 450 years old. Had a hand in Project Spinetail, and has financial ties to almost every large corporation in Meadowlark. His ambitions are unknown, but he's taken extreme measures in current events connected to the Displaced. Currently non-contactable. Uses him/he pronouns.
