Hi mods!

Just wanted to clarify a few things! As per our last engagement re: the NPC location, we did specify that it would serve as Morningstar HQ in order to provide a foundation for the rebuilding efforts moving forward because you had mentioned Gaby pointing out the need for a location separate from the Displaced's. We see in your thread with Tifa re: recruitment efforts that they're lacking a safehouse for Morningstar business with NPC refugees and that PC agents need to be trained β€” we feel this proposal would provide a place to make both happen.

If the size of the location is the issue, we'd like to clarify that we were thinking along the lines of a small community theatre space which would have just enough room to act as a safehouse for NPCs in need of help as well as a base of operations for fledgling Morningstar agents moving forward.

If that's still too ambitious in scale, we'd be happy to work with you on how organisational efforts should progress as right now we're wondering what the expectations are for this new chapter of Morningstar. We were under the impression that they weren't starting completely from scratch but some of the replies on plot engagement seem to suggest they are, so we just wanted to make sure we're all on the same page with IC efforts to get Morningstar going!

Thank you!
