Ahhh whoops, quick note: New Oslo was not prepared! We were trying to show the distance between those locations in our example, rather than state that New Oslo was ready! As in, "it's weird for any seismic forecasts to predict that New Beijing and New Oslo would be hit with the same earthquake, but people in New Beijing were certainly prepared." Sorry for the lost meaning there, that's our bad!
