if rey tries to get her robotics team helping out with the city's plumbing disaster by proposing unmanned drone style robots to move through the city's plumbing and clear the pipes of roots/etc. and reseal the holes bored in them by roots digging in, how long would a project like that take to get going and how receptive would riverstone be to an idea like that? she recognizes it's maybe outside of their purview because it's at its core philanthropic, but it could also mean government contract if they sold them to the city, so ...
