1a. what is the una's consistent presence in new amsterdam like? how often would they be seen around, in what areas etc? would it be possible to track them in any way through social media? 1b. do they have any specific outposts/bases in the megacities or is it all concentrated in new beijing and they just dispatch as needed? how quickly would this happen? what kind of transport would they use, etc? 2. is it ok to do a morningstar-only (contacts included) network post to brainstorm what to do about the leaks and captured agents? given the leaks place morningstar directly at risk, rather than the displaced as a whole, it feels like it would make the most sense to contain the resolution of the issue to morningstar agents and contacts. 3. re: captured agents. given that the m.o differs from the june and september captures, would we be searching for a single containment site or multiple sites?`
