Illya would need to do more to stand out in order to be tapped as a potential member. He would need to be proactive in demonstrating his interest and show a willingness to do less than legal tasks, so we'd like to know how they would know to reach out to him for that. Would he pass a word to someone to let them know that he's interested? While the fighting rings are illegal, there are a lot of bodies that are there all the time. We'd like to know how Illya took initiative to stand out from the rest.
