It's more like a room than a cell that you'd picture today. There are two sets of bunk beds, a toilet, and a sink for them to wash their hands. They wouldn't have a view into the rest of the precinct, with the door offering them their only view outward. The police officer's implant is what opens or closes the door. They would have two cellmates at first, but they would be moved to another cell.

Since conditions are meant to be more humane, they're allowed to shower every two days (normally more when rationing isn't in effect), and they get meals three times a day.

"Tak" in particular will be monitored for signs that he's going through withdrawal.

Riko will check in to see if they have anything different to say or a different story to tell, but otherwise, there won't be any further interrogations. The fact that they seem to be left in stasis and not going anywhere should be strange. For all terms and purposes, they did commit these murders.
