1. It's not possible at this time! Knowing someone's network ID (assuming that this even is JPG's network ID) doesn't necessarily open them up to being messaged. There are a few privacy measures that can be implemented (and are in place) for those who want to avoid messages from everyone and anyone that knows their name. It would potentially open up public figures to be messaged by anyone! Not fun for them.
For what it's worth, IDs aren't just a name, but a name + a number. It's like your Discord username. There might be 25 John Smiths in the world, so they differentiate between the 25 John Smiths by having a series of numbers identifying them as different.
2. It's not possible to make a fake ID to message him on, either. The ID that was produced could be identified by Johann's resources (specifically Judas at this time), and it wouldn't work in Jyn and Tony's favor. As far as Gaby's Morningstar ID goes, that's used for the Morningstar network specifically, rather than working as a separate ID. It's her login for the network. She doesn't have a separate fake ID in the real world as "Gaby."
