Hey again!

1. His ID would absolutely pass muster on anything, so no need to worry about that! New Amsterdam does have traffic laws, so he'd need to go through a class to get his license. We covered a bit of that here.

3. We can say that Giles Bell has a subsidiary that specifically manages their shipments of goods. Perhaps they started as an independent company before being bought out by Giles Bell a couple decades ago (yay monopolies). Giles Bell is a neural implant and pharmaceutical company, so we think that would be a neat way to go. You can also name the subsidiary itself if you'd like!
