If Drake wanted to make more money, there are private agencies that work specifically with the upper classes on these issues and pride themselves on being more discreet and "high class" than the services available to everyone else. He'll have to work his way up in traditional therapy and rehab programs to gain the experience and reputation necessary to be hired on by one of these agencies.
