I've confirmed with Fade Ephemera would would have been somewhere in the caves pretty far from other people and general surveillance as he was carrying several weapons (guns from the last event, body armor, batons, knives) on him and looking for a safe place he could hide at. It would probably be closer to the hub area than inhabited areas.
