Ginia was killed by Ephemera in the cave system in New Amsterdam late in the evening of March 12th. Her cartoid artery was cut with a knife and she bled out. Ephemera would have also taken her to the hospital. Sorry, we didn't realize we needed to run PC deaths by the mods! (thread link)
