damian has gotten money from loki to purchase a building. would it be possible for him to purchase one under a pseudonym or through a third party so his name isn't on the deed? could he reach out to el and arrange something.

secondly, if he wants to enhance it + build security + build a proper training space for people to practise their powers, what would be the timeframe on that?
