The gangs are structured as they were back in the November Calendar, and that includes the Outlaws still being under Durcell since Jason left.

• Durcell died in the Aerie, and is really shaken up about it. • On that note, there is definitely some Aerie trauma that's gone through the Outlaws. • During the Aerie, the space colonies were left to fend for themselves, and are thus budding their own independence. Due to Cassius and El's interference, Durcell has lost control of the rebellion on Mars. That means that Durcell is a little frantic in trying to keep their control.
