Those would be 1) the current animals populating New Amsterdam and outside the wall, which would include any animals in Antarctica, or at any of the other gates, and 2) Johann Grey's abominations. That said, she wouldn't be able to collect samples from prior events unless she has a source of collecting them. She'd be able to nab them, but she'd have to be very careful getting them into the city according to New Amsterdam's current laws. If she did this under the guise of her new job, that would be easier, but it would take a little bit before she'd be able to do it! We're giving it two IC weeks (a month OOC) for her to collect those samples. Keep in mind that some of her colleagues would be suspicious if she was able to utilize the gates to get these samples more quickly.
