1) how hard is it to get into the racing of hoverbikes (illegal, obviously); is this a word of mouth, you need to know someone situation or is it something you could reasonably ferret out on your own? 2) how much is it to buy a hoverbike really? this could be in like real world equivalent expenditure (are they as much as a car in our world??) or like 'this many months of saving' or like 'if you get one secondhand or rent-to-own or were looking to put together parts it would be only this many months/this reasonable of an expense' but i'm mostly looking at how long would be a reasonable amount of in-game time before a displaced could have their own if they've been interested, either new or secondhand.
