Hi Kira!

1a. Chickens would not be pets because of the social and physical living conditions that they demand. While there are some people who have undoubtedly tried, it would be extremely difficult to give them the space they need to run around, and the social stimulation.

As a note, chicken is one of the less expensive meats after fish. It's still up there in price, but they are kept in captivity for egg production. Eggs are fairly common source of protein because of the amount of eggs that can be produced from a single hen.

1b. Along those same lines, it would be extremely unlikely that anyone could find a fertilized chicken egg on the market, or keep a chicken to produce its own eggs. There's quite a lot of genetic manipulation that goes into them! Any other birds would need to be purchased after they're already born.

2a. Yes, it would be like AR banners that come up and interact with someone's neural implant! There wouldn't be any physical advertisements.

2b. Buying/renting these spaces is largely dependent on prices and the location of the advertisement itself. Anyone without a lot of money would have to compete with the corporations, who obviously have an endless fount of advertisement spending behind them.

3a. People would be surprised that he could afford it, but they would likely assume that he's just some rich kid!

3b. No, there wouldn't be any picture printing! However, there are ways to digitally convert and share the files with friends.

4. Bidets are available in all restrooms, as, yes, toilet paper is an environmental nightmare of the past!

There is a dedicated plumbing system for the disposal and filtering of waste, but it's highly sophisticated and can be assumed to be what goes through taps, as well. Toilets are highly technological, like many other amenities in the world. A part of the water restrictions in the city involves advisements about not flushing the toilet unless it's needed - this is common knowledge, even in restaurants, who fund air purification systems to remove offensive scents restrooms and antibacterial surface spaces. Toilets in Meadowlark's world are programmed to monitor and automatically flush after reaching a certain capacity, or over a certain periods of time - these toilets would be available in all homes, businesses, and more. During times without water restrictions, people are still conscientious of not flushing the toilet overly much, as they're aware of their civic duty and environmental impact.
