question re: languages as i'm now realizing i remembered the bit about translation a wee bit wrong!

if a character deliberately speaks in a language other than their default, is that still translated? kara has a habit of swearing in kryptonian which is a dead language and she'd be hella startled if that was auto-translated for people, so i want to make sure i do the thing right.
