Exceptions to this rule are canons that might get a comic adaptation or continuation (like Injustice or Spider-Man PS4). As such, even if canons like Spider-Man PS4 might get an assigned Earth (if you will), it still counts as a separate canon. In the case of Rico, he would fall under the Marvel Comics umbrella even if he's from a separate Earth within the comics universe, which is currently a capped cast.
2. We would prefer there to at least be icons of the original comics appearances, but we understand that providing a whole set would prove difficult given the limited material. As such, we'd be fine with supplementary PB icons, even if we generally don't prefer it.
