i notice on the application page it says "check the reserves page ... challenge applications are not accepted," but i have a question regarding a situation where the person who reserved doesn't app.
can prospective players still submit an application for a reserved character in case the person who has reserved that character doesn't wind up submitting one? or would it still have to wait until the next round?
e.g., if i had rey reserved in october, could someone else put in an app for her that month and if i didn't wind up submitting one by nov 4, would the submitted app be accepted on nov 4 or would it wait until dec 4 or would it just be declined entirely?
