How is the smoking ban in New Amsterdam enforced? Is there any sort of monitoring tech aside from you know, standard smoke detectors, that would report someone if they decided to smoke their homegrown weed in private? Or is it just a social pressure thing where people are likely to snitch if they see/smell someone lighting up? Is it considered a serious crime or more of a "here's a ticket don't do it again" sort of thing?
