Hey Isa!

He would absolutely be able to find literature from Imperial Japan. There was a huge push to digitize as much as possible while the world was suffering from the effects of climate change and the AI war. After that, widely sharing famous art and literature was considered important for the survival of humanity’s cultural legacy. They’re relatively easy to find, it’s just the originals that are vanishingly rare.

As for journal publications, they’re a lot easier to come by nowadays, but they’re still as full of jargon as they’ve always been.
