Simply put, without revealing a whole lot about our world's lore (and thus the metaplot connections), we can easily nerf him down to needing basic sustenance and sleep, as well as not having the same limitations of feeling as if he's in the wrong realm. There would be metaplot implications to that!
In addition, he wouldn't be able to perceive any seven planes of existence (as that would be unique to his universe), but he'd also be limited because he wouldn't have the power to do that. He can also wonder about this: does he lack access because he's been nerfed, or because they don't exist? However! If we do anything like our Dream Event again, we'd be happy to work with you on this so you can play with some of Bartemius' canon abilities.
