All of the above would be handled in VR! The VR in Meadowlark's world is advanced enough that it can utilize the neural implant to draw out certain physical responses within the user. They typically need to be on site to do it for the technology—since it's creating a very vivid fourth dimensional experience—but otherwise, it's feasible and doable in every way!
